Cookie Cutter (Bbk-52)

Usage Instructions:

1- Roll out the sugar paste on a hard and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3mm.

2- Hold the copa by the outer disc part and open the front side. Apply pressure towards the sugar paste, cutting the dough until it touches the surface below.

3- Move the copa slightly right and left and this way you will get a cleaner cut.

4- Press the upper part of the copa and cut the dough with the embossed piece.

5- Lift the copa up to 5 cm and remove the mold you cut &uu;Press the top. 

Used to decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies.
