Liss Cream Dispenser Charger (Kst-08)

Cream tube that is attached to the whipped cream siphon used in the preparation of whipped cream and desserts.

Made of 100% recyclable steel.

Not refillable and contains at least 10 ml (approximately 8 grams) of pure food grade N2O.

N2O is a tasteless and colorless solvent widely used in the food industry gas.

High pressure (approximately 60 bar/ 900 psi) is used to obtain 8 grams of N2O.

The cylinders can withstand approximately 8 times the pressure, but for your own safety it is recommended that you do not expose the cylinders to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F.

It is also recommended that you avoid excessive mechanical, chemical or radiological impacts while under pressure.
