- Add a total of 3 lt of cold water and ice to the top chamber. You can use 1500 ml of water and 1500 gr of ice, but this process can cause the coffee to burn due to excessively cold water. We recommend that you add 600 gr of ice to 2400 ml of cold water to eliminate bitter tastes.
- The dripping time of the equipment should be one drop every 1-2 seconds.
- The brewing will be finished in 8 to 12 hours.
- When all the water is gone, take the bottom container and pour it into bottles.
- Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
